How to make pizza (At Home) || Perfect Pizza Recipe
Every city in the country and probably every city in the world has a pizzeria. These places are usually good and affordable, but there's something about making your own at home that really drives home. If you know someone who doesn't like pizza, I don't want to meet them. Honestly, perfect pizza only requires a few basic ingredients.

RECIPE:
- Get a dough bowl and fill it with all purpose flour. After sifting the flour once through a sieve, add salt and baking powder.
- Make a well in the center and fill it with 1 teaspoon oil.
- Mix 1 teaspoon of sugar and yeast in a small amount of warm water.
- Mix thoroughly and then set aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
- During this time, the yeast will rise. As soon as the yeast rises, mix it with flour and knead the dough thoroughly with a little water.
- Set this dough aside for four to six hours. Then knead the dough once more. The pizza dough is now ready.
- Set the oven to 180°C for preheating.
- When the dough is ready, it's time to make the pizza base.
- Take a substantial portion of the pizza dough and spread some dry flour over the surface.
- Use a rolling pin to roll out this dough into a beautiful circular base. (Note: Make sure the circumference of the base is even on all ends.)
- Once the base is ready, prick it with a fork to prevent it from rising and ensure even baking. Bake it for ten minutes in a preheated oven. Your pizza base is now ready.

- The capsicum (Green pepper) should now be washed and thinly sliced in a bowl.
- Next, peel the onions and cut them into thin slices, which we add to another bowl.
- Finally, cut the mushrooms and tomatoes in the same way. However, check that the tomatoes are less juicy.
- Once the vegetables are fully cooked, grate the melted cheese and mozzarella and put them in different bowls.

- Next, take a brand new pizza base and cover it with tomato ketchup.
- Spread half of the melted cheese on top after the vegetables are properly spread around the base.
- After arranging all the vegetables, cover with a thick layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Place the pizza pan with this pizza base in the oven.
- 10 minutes of pizza baking at 250 degrees Celsius.
- When done, remove the baking sheet and cut the pizza.
- Add oregano and chili flakes to taste and serve hot. (Note: Make sure the oven has been preheated for at least 5 minutes at 250 degrees Celsius.)
